This pineapple chutney has rocketed to the top of our chutney favourites and is terrific in a veggie sausage sandwich. Despite containing 47% pineapples, it's tangy rather than sweet.
Making the chutney where the produce is grown means more work for local communities and less waste: The pineapple tops are used as fertiliser, and shipping the finished product is more efficient than transporting ingredients in their raw form.
