These sun dried bananas are chewy, dark and delicious, a cut above dry banana chips. We find it hard not to eat a pack all in one go!
Producing and drying the fruit gives the Ugandan farmers more income and more control over their lives. They can access healthcare and have enough to pay the school fees.
