Refund policy
Website sales returns policy
We have a 14-day Returns Policy for website sales, which means if you change your mind you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@harrogatefairtradeshop.co.uk. If your request is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your item has been received you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if it is damaged. If your item develops a fault outside the initial 14 day period please contact us at support@harrogatefairtradeshop.co.uk with a description of the fault. We will contact you with a decision and may offer you a replacement or a refund.
Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Shop sales returns policy
If you change your mind after purchasing you may exchange the item for another product of the same value, or a credit note against the value of the item may be given. You must return the item to the shop with a receipt within 30 days. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For faulty goods If your item develops a fault return it to the shop with a receipt or bank statement as soon as you can. We will assess each faulty item on an individual basis.
