This spacious tote bag has been made entirely from waste lorry curtain and inner tubes, things which would otherwise have gone to landfill. Incredibly strong and durable, completely waterproof and very roomy this is a great bag to have at hand for a rainy day and a lot of shopping.
The wonderful Cycle of Good was set up in Malawi, one of the poorest countries in the world, to provide training to local people in tailoring and bike mechanics. They use mainly recycled materials to make the products, particularly inner tubes, and their workshops are made from soil eco blocks and powered by solar energy, making them incredibly sustainable. And if that wasn't enough all of this funds a children's centre which helps 2000 vulnerable children at any one time. It really is a Cycle of Good!
