The first olive oil to be awarded a Fairtrade certificate, Zaytoun Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been produced for generations by small-scale farmers on the Palestinian West Bank. The olives are handpicked as they always have been and this work provides a lifeline for families living under challenging conditions.
